Brandy Production: Created from the distillation of Pedro Ximenez which produces young fruity wine, This is then aged for at least 15 months in American Oak barrels that previously held Oloroso wine from Montilla using the Solera method.
Tasting note: With a rich mahogany hue, medium/dark color, with a deep aroma of walnuts, plum and raisin on the nose. Smooth and easy to drink. Giving way to harmonious notes of almonds and oak from the solar. Velvety, with an excellent mouth feel, finishing with elegant back notes of caramelized oak and a lasting hint of raisin.

SPANISH OAK RESERVA

Brandy Production: Obtained from the Pedro Ximenez grapes that dry to raisin. At the end of the summer, the grapes are spread out on mats for a 10 day period to naturally concentrate the sugars, aroma, and flavor. These conditions and processes are exclusive to the D.O. Montilla - Moriles.
