Produced in conjunction with the prestigious winemakers from Domaine Bertaud Belieu, the oldest vineyard on the Saint-Tropez peninsula was established in 1340 and spanning over 65 hectares. The Domaine is committed to sustainable agriculture, the environment, and the protection of nature. Sustainability is our guiding principle and as a result, the winery was awarded the Zero Pesticides label in 2016.
Tasting Notes: The pastel, salmon-pink wine asserts itself charmingly on the nose with agreements of dried fruits, bonbon, and hazelnut. Complex and balanced with touches of curvature, this Rosé has a long finish with aromas of cherry.
Assemblage: 80% Grenache, 14% Mourvèdre, 6% Syrah.
